• 8" x 8" (AI007) — for 8" mainline with 8" outlet
• 10" x 8" (AI002) — for 10" mainline with 8" outlet
• 10" x 10" (AI001) — for 10" mainline with 10" outlet
• 12" x 10" (AI004) — for 12" mainline with 10" outlet
• 12" x 12" (AI003) — for 12" mainline with 12" outlet

The first number is your mainline pipe size; the second is the outlet size. If you're connecting smaller portable pipe to a larger mainline, choose a hydrant where the outlet matches your lateral pipe size.
