Steel weld-on starter couplers provide a permanent, heavy-duty connection point for aluminum irrigation pipe on steel mainlines, pump headers, and distribution manifolds. Welded directly to steel pipe or structures, these couplers create a secure ring-lock interface that accepts standard aluminum irrigation pipe — eliminating the need for threaded adapters or flanged transitions in the field.

This collection includes male and female ring-lock starter couplers in a full range of sizes:

• Female Deep Ring-Lock Couplers (SCB-D series) — deep-socket female couplers for a secure, leak-resistant connection. Available in 4", 6", 8", 10", and 12".
• Male Ring-Lock Couplers (SCBM series) — male-end couplers for connecting aluminum pipe runs to welded steel headers. Available in 3", 4", 6", 8", 10", and 12".
• Steel Half-Nipple (ZNB083TOE) — 2" steel half-nipple for short threaded connections on steel pipe and fittings.

All couplers are designed for ring-lock aluminum irrigation pipe systems and are compatible with standard aluminum pipe O-rings and gaskets. Ideal for pump station headers, concrete structures, and permanent mainline installations where a welded steel connection is required.
