Returns & Replacements

Items may be returned within 30 day of receipt, subject to a 25% re-stocking fee plus shipping/freight charges. Customer will be credited the balance of the purchase price within two business days of the time the item is received and inspected.

Process

Contact customer service via email (customerservice@discountirrigation.com) and request an RMA number.
Fill out the Product Return Form.
Include the return form with the items being returned. Product must be in original packaging with any manuals and brochures originally included (unless item is defective and returned under warranty).
Write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

For packaged items weighing less than 150 lbs. customer must ship via FedEx Ground to:
