The B5L10-LP MATCO Lever Handle with Lock Plate provides manual, lockable actuation for 10" B5 Series butterfly valves. The lock plate secures the valve in the open, closed, or throttled position — critical for large-diameter main lines where unintended valve movement could disrupt irrigation operations or cause water hammer.
